Savoury Yami Breakfast Bowl.

My Classic Savory Breakfast Bowl.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup cooked quinoa

- 1 cup steamed kale or spinach

- 1 poached egg

- 2 tbsp avocado

- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

- Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a bowl, combine the cooked quinoa and steamed greens.

2. Top with a poached egg, avocado slices, and toasted sesame seeds.

3. Season with salt and pepper.


This breakfast provides a balance of protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, and nutrients to fuel your morning.


**Easy Berry Chia Pudding**


Ingredients: 

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

- 1 cup mixed berries 


Instructions:

1. In a jar or bowl, stir together the chia seeds and almond milk. 

2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

3. When ready to serve, stir in the maple syrup if using and top with the mixed berries.


This make-ahead pudding is packed with omega-3s, fiber, and antioxidants for an easy, nutritious breakfast. Adjust sweetness to your taste.
